IEEE North Jersey Section to Host Mini-Conference on Advancements in Microwave Theory

The IEEE North Jersey Section, in collaboration with the IEEE North Jersey AP/MTT Chapter, will host the 39th Annual MTT/AP Symposium and Mini-Show on Thursday, October 9, at the Hanover Manor in East Hanover, New Jersey. This yearly event combines a comprehensive technical conference with a mini show, offering attendees insight into the latest advancements in microwave theory and related applications.

The technical conference will feature 13 expert-led lectures covering cutting-edge topics such as digital radio, emerging applications, propagation modeling, digital twins, biomedical RF, wireless power transferAI digital predistortion, phased arrays, and UAS detection systems, along with a unique presentation on the inside history of 9/11. Speakers include industry and academic leaders from organizations such as L3HarrisMercury SystemsIEEESynergy MicrowaveAltair, the Indian Institute of Technology, CommScope, the University of Texas, MathWorks, the U.S. Army, San Diego State University, and the United Nations.

Running alongside the conference, the mini show will showcase state-of-the-art products and technologies from leading companies. Exhibits will feature components, subsystems, test equipment, and CAD tools, with technical representatives available to provide demonstrations and answer questions.

Registration will be available on-site at no cost, and IEEE membership is not required to attend.
