everything RF visited the Knowles Precision Devices booth at IMS 2026, where Tim Brauner, Director of Business Development, talked about the company’s 2026 RF product roadmap, highlighting upcoming solutions for aerospace, defense, and other high-performance applications. Their roadmap focuses on rugged, high-reliability RF components designed for demanding environments such as aerospace, defense, and high-altitude applications, where consistent performance and reliability are critical.
As part of its 2026 preview, Knowles outlined plans to expand its RF and microwave portfolio with several new product categories, including switch filter banks, RF attenuators, RF oscillators, and other RF components. The roadmap highlights a broader push into filtering, attenuation, and frequency control, with switch filter banks positioned for applications that require compact, efficient signal routing and filtering, while the new attenuators and oscillators are aimed at improving signal control and frequency stability in high-performance RF designs.
Brauner emphasized that the company continues to focus on high-performance, application-driven RF products, with a strong emphasis on solutions that meet the stringent requirements of defense and aerospace systems, where failure is not an option.
