BGSA14M3N10

The BGSA14M3N10 from Infineon Technologies is an SP4T Antenna Tuning Switch that operates from 0.4 to 7.125 GHz. It has a voltage rating of 45 V, a capacitance of 116 fF, and a resistance of 1.1 Ohms. This switch offers a powerful combination of low on-resistance and off-capacitance with high RF withstanding voltage, making it suitable for switching any reactive components, such as inductors and capacitors, without significant losses.
