The BGSX24M2U16 from Infineon Technologies is a DP4T Cross Switch that operates from 400 MHz to 7.125 GHz. It is specifically designed for LTE and 5G applications. This switch has an insertion loss of less than 2.35 dB, provides an isolation of more than 36 dB, and has a switching speed of less than 2 µs (for 5G SRS).

The BGSX24M2U16 includes an external USID_SEL pin for addressing and can be controlled using an MIPI RFFE 2.1 interface. This RoHS-compliant tuning switch requires a DC supply of 1.1 to 1.3 V and consumes less than 40 µA of current (active mode). The RF ports of this switch require external DC blocking capacitors only if the DC voltage is applied externally. This DP4T switch is available in a package that measures 2.0 x 2.0 mm. It is ideal for antenna routing/swapping for cellular mobile devices.
