The AWMF-0132 from Anokiwave is a K-Band Silicon Beamforming IC that operates from 17.7 to 20.2 GHz. This quad-core IC supports four dual-polarization radiating elements with full polarization flexibility (RHCP, LHCP, Linear). It provides a gain of up to 29 dB and has 5-bit gain control with 0.5 dB steps. The IC has 6-bit phase control with an LSB of 5.625° and has a noise figure of less than 2 dB. It includes gain compensation over temperature and temperature reporting features along with ESD protection on all pins. The IC is available in a WLCSP package for easy installation in planar phased array antennas and is suitable for use in SATCOM terminals. It operates on a 1.2 V power supply.
