The IQXO-690 Series from IQD Frequency Products are Clock Oscillators (COs) that operate from 10 to 50 MHz. They are designed specifically for operation at low voltages, enabling system designers to develop systems with a common supply rail, thereby reducing component count in PCBAs. These oscillators provide CMOS output waveforms with a frequency stability of ±25 ppm versus an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
The IQXO-690 Series oscillators require a DC supply of 0.9/1.2/1.5 V. These low-voltage oscillators are available in SMD packages measuring 2.5 x 2.0 mm, 3.2 x 2.5 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, or 7.0 x 5.0 mm. They are ideal for body cameras, digital cameras, personal navigation devices, portable audio devices, portable test equipment, USB interfaces, WLAN, and wearable applications.
