CGO-520

The CGO-520 from Com-Power Corporation is a Comb Generator that operates from 20 MHz to 4.5 GHz. It is designed to deliver a stable RF output for rapid pre-test site validation, ensuring consistent and accurate radiated EMC emission measurements. The comb generator is supplied with a 12-inch antenna for testing up to 860 MHz and a 2-inch antenna for measurements at higher frequencies. It has a frequency stability of 20 ppm and an amplitude stability of ±0.1 dB. 

The CGO-250 comb generator features a low-battery indicator along with an auto-shutoff function that disables the output before the battery voltage drops to a level where the signal could become unstable or start to drift. It is powered by a 6 V DC NiMH battery pack and draws 500 mA of current. When fully charged, the battery pack supports continuous operation for more than 18 hours. This comb generator is available in a housing that measures 7 x 1 inches.
