The Endura™ SiT3542 is a user-programmable, ultra-low jitter, ruggedized oscillator that operates from 340 to 725 MHz. This oscillator has a maximum acceleration sensitivity of 0.1 ppb/g and is engineered to deliver high reliability in aerospace and defense applications. User programming of the device is achieved via an I2C or SPI interface. This oscillator provides a frequency stability of ±20 to ±50 ppm while operating over a temperature range of -40 to +85 degree Celsius. It requires a supply of 2.5 to 3.3 V and provides LVPECL, LVDS, or HCSL outputs. The oscillator also features digital frequency pulling (DCO) via I2C/SPI.

The SiT3542 has an integrated LDO for on-chip power supply noise filtering. This device utilizes SiTime's unique DualMEMS™ temperature sensing and TurboCompensation™ technology to deliver exceptional dynamic performance in harsh environments. It is available in a 5 x 3.2 mm surface mount package and is ideal for land mobile communications, avionics and satellite base station applications.
