The RMF04160PB from RFCore is a True Time Delay MMIC that operates from 4 to 16 GHz. It is designed to reduce cost and size of existing active electronically steerable antenna (AESA) radars. This chip eliminates the beam squint phenomenon by applying variable phase shifts across the signal spectrum. It consists of an attenuator that has an attenuation range of 31.5 dB in 0.5 dB step size. This chip provides a time delay of 197 ps in 3.125 ps step size. It is available in a compact package and is ideal for phased-array applications.
