SLSM6-612

The SLSM6-612 from Ironwave Technology is a PLL Frequency Synthesizer that operates from 6 to 12 GHz with a frequency step size of 1 kHz. It delivers an output power of 13/15 dBm. This synthesizer has spurious levels of -60 dBc, harmonic levels of -17 dBc, and a phase noise of -119 dBc/Hz (at 100 kHz offset).

The SLSM6-612 frequency synthesizer also accepts an external 10 MHz reference. It can be controlled remotely using an RS-485 interface and has an open collector output that provides phase-lock indication. This synthesizer requires a 5.5 VDC supply and consumes 850 mA of current. It is available in a module measuring 2.500 x 0.630 inches with SMA (female) connectors for input and output ports.
