The MAMF-011145 from MACOM is an Integrated Front-End Module (FEM) that operates from 2.3 to 4.2 GHz. It is designed for 5G Massive MIMO, wireless infrastructure, and TDD systems. This module is based on a dual-channel architecture that integrates 2x antenna switches and 2x 2-stage low-noise amplifiers in a compact form-factor. The architecture supports mixed technologies to achieve high power handling, low noise figure, and power efficiency. 

The MAMF-011145 provides 37.5 dB of gain with a noise figure of 1.25 dB in the high-gain mode. In low-gain mode, it provides 18.5 dB of gain with a noise figure of 1.2 dB. The switches can handle an RF input power of up to 43 dBm. This FEM also includes an enable function for LNAs and a bypass mode. It requires a +5 V DC supply and draws 104 mA of current per channel. This module is available in a QFN package measuring 6.00 x 6.00 mm.
