The SKY53741-11 from Skyworks is a Diversity Receive Module that operates from 1427 to 2690 MHz, covering 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G cellular bands. It has integrated downlink carrier aggregation (CA) that supports all key 2, 3, and 4 carrier aggregation band combinations. This module is based on high-performance Multi-On, N-Plexing technology which enables exceptional non-CA and CA performance. It integrates high-performance, multi-gain mode LNAs that enable compatibility with next-generation LNA-less LTE transceivers.
This module is compatible with 3GPP GSM, WCDMA, LTE, LTE-A, and 5G standards and includes filters for n75, n76, B32, B3, B34, B39, B25 (2), n70, B1, B66, B40, B30, B41 (38), and B7 service bands. It supports multi-in, multi-out (MIMO) and can be controlled via an MIPI RFFE interface. This module is available in a module that measures 3.5 x 3.6 x 0.7 mm and has fully integrated EMI shielding. It is ideal for 2G/3G/4G/5G multimode cellular handsets (5G NR, LTE, UMTS, CDMA2000, EDGE, and GSM), antenna cable loss compensation circuits and embedded data card applications.
