SKY58287-11

The SKY58287-11 from Skyworks Solutions is a Front-End Module that supports radio access technology (RAT) and covers 4G LTE/5G NR bands. This module integrates a high-performance ultra-high-band (UHB) power amplifier (PA), a coupler, a platform-agnostic controller, and a high-performance filter to meet system coexistence requirements. It supports CP-OFDM and DFT-s-OFDM modulation schemes with up to 100 MHz bandwidth and up to 273 resource block allocations, meeting PC1 spectral linearity requirements. This 4G/5G module delivers an output power of 33.5 dBm with a VCC of 5.5 V and supports both 1.2 V and 1.8 V VIO.

The SKY58287-11 supports average power tracking (APT) with digital predistortion (DPD) and a MIPI® v2.1-compliant 52 MHz RFFE bus. It is available in a 30-pin LGA package measuring 5.0 × 3.0 × 0.681 mm and is suitable for handsets, data cards, and machine-to-machine (M2M) applications.
