The SKY66404-11 is a 2.4 GHz front-end module (FEM) designed for Zigbee, Thread, and Bluetooth (including Low Energy) applications. The module includes a low noise amplifier, power amplifier and a Tx/Rx switch. The device provides integrated inter-stage matching and harmonic filter, and digital controls compatible with 1.6 V to 3.6 V CMOS levels.

The RF blocks operate over a wide supply voltage range from 1.7 V to 3.6 V that allows the SKY66404-11 to be used in battery-powered applications over a wide spectrum of the battery discharge curve.

The FEM delivers up to 17 dBm of saturated output power with 10 dB of gain when transmitting and provides an Rx gain of 11 dB with a noise figure of 2.5 dB. It is available in a 3.5 x 3.0 x 0.82 mm 22-pin Multi-Chip Module (MCM) package and is ideal for connected home applications.
