The SKY85354-11 from Skyworks is a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi 6 Front End Module. It includes a 2.4 GHz single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) Tx/Rx switch, a 2.4 GHz low-noise amplifier (LNA) with bypass, and a 2.4 GHz power amplifier (PA) with an integrated digital pre-distortion (DPD) coupler. The FEM provides a Tx gain of 31 dB and an Rx gain of 15 dB. It has LNA and PA disable functions that ensure low leakage current in off mode. It includes an integrated logarithmic power detector to provide closed-loop power control within the system. This FEM is available in a 16-pin LGA package that measures 3 x 3 mm and is ideal for use in wireless routers, access points, home gateways, Customer Premise Equipment (CPE), mesh/whole-home Wi-Fi, systems, and Wi-Fi-based home entertainment system applications.
