The 506WLC Series from KYOCERA AVX are Powdered-Iron Core Inductors that are available in inductance values of 2 µH. They exhibit a tight tolerance of ±10% and provide an excellent match over multiple octaves of the frequency spectrum from 2.3 MHz to 40 GHz. These inductors have an insertion loss of 0.5 dB, a current rating of less than 250 mA, and a DC resistance of 1.45 ohms. They deliver ultra-broadband performance with flat frequency response and excellent return loss through 40 GHz. These RoHS-compliant inductors are available in through-hole packages that measure 0.102 x 0.44 inches and are ideal for high-speed digital logic, ultra-broadband DC decoupling networks, and bias tee (in optical communication systems) applications.
