0807SQ Series

The 0807SQ Series from Coilcraft are Square Air Core Inductors with inductance values from 6.9 to 22 nH. They have self-resonant frequencies (SRF) from 3.5 to 4.6 GHz, DC resistance of less than 10 mOhms, and can handle an RMS current of 2.7 A. These inductors have high Q-factors ranging up to 100 and very tight inductance tolerances, makes them suitable for narrowband RF amplifier matching and tuning applications. They have a flat top and bottom for reliable pick & place and mechanical stability. High-reliability versions of these inductors are also available for space, military, and other critical applications.
