The IndustrialLink IL60 from LightPointe is a 60 GHz compact point-to-point radio for industrial wireless applications and harsh environments. It provides data speed of up to 1.25 Gbps (both directions) with a low latency of less than 40 µs and consumes less than 25 watts of power. This radio can operate from a flexible range of 1 foot to about one mile and is designed for situations prone to vibration, movement, and varying distances between radios. The wireless bridge measures 220 x 220 x 70 mm is ideal for rail-based manufacturing platforms, robotic equipment, military, emergency response and mobile systems. It has a built-in Bluetooth that enables users to keep an eye on performance in real-time simply by using LightPointe’s AireLink Viewer App, which runs on smartphones.
