The RCM251K6-20G from RFHIC Corporation is a GaN Solid-State Microwave Generator that operates from 2400 to 2500 MHz. It is designed to replace conventional magnetrons and is ideal for microwave heating and plasma generation applications. This generator is built using GaN-on-SiC HEMT transistors and provides an adjustable output power from 50 W to 1600 W in CW and pulsed modes, with a step size of 5 W and an efficiency of up to 57%.

The RCM251K6-20G integrates a PLL synthesizer with an internal reference, eliminating the need for an external signal source. It requires a DC supply of 50 V. This RoHS-compliant generator is available as a module measuring 200 x 361.5 x 53 mm and has 7/16 DIN output connectors. It is ideal for use in building blocks for high-power systems, microwave CVD equipment, plasma generation and semiconductor equipment.
