ARF1218Q2 Image

The ARF1218Q2 is a Low-noise amplifier (LNA) that operates from 22 to 26 GHz. It provides 29 dB of small signal gain with a noise figure of 2.6 dB and a P1dB of 9 dBm. The RF ports are internally matched to 50 Ohms with ESD protection, and feature on-chip bias regulation that can be set via VBIAS or with a resistor between VDD and VBIAS. This ultra-low power LNA requires a bias voltage of 3.3 V and consumes 6 mA of current. It is available in a 2.5 x 2.5 mm 16-Lead QFN package and is ideal for ISM and telecommunication applications.
