The BLM9D2327-25B from Ampleon is a two-stage doherty amplifier developed on LDMOS technology that operates from 2300 to 2700 MHz. The amplifier has an integrated carrier and peaking device, input splitter and output combiner. It is available in a PQFN package and is ideal for multi-carrier and multi-standard GSM, W-CDMA and LTE base station applications. It has integrated ESD protection and is RoHS compliant.
