ADL8122 Image

The ADL8122 from Analog Devices is a Low Noise Amplifier (LNA) that operates from 10 kHz to 10 GHz. It provides a gain of 17 dB, a noise figure of 1.7 dB, and a saturated output power of 19 dBm. This LNA is manufactured using a pseudomorphic high electron mobility transistor (pHEMT) process. It requires a 5 V DC supply and draws less than 115 mA of current.

The ADL8122 is available in a 24-Pin Lead Frame Chip Scale Package (LFCSP) measuring 2 mm × 2 mm × 0.85 mm. This amplifier is ideal for telecommunications, instrumentation, radar, and electronic warfare systems.
