The ADPA1112 from Analog Devices is a GaN Power Amplifier that operates from 1 to 22 GHz. It delivers an output power of 15 W (42 dBm) with a power gain of 14 dB and a power added efficiency of 25%. This amplifier has an internally matched & AC-coupled RF input/ output ports with integrated bias inductors. It requires a DC supply of 28 V and consumes 600 mA of current. This amplifier is available in a 14-lead ceramic leaded chip carrier (LDCC) package and is ideal for test and measurement equipment and electronic warfare applications.
