The WPGM0206LNA from WAVEPIA is a GaN MMIC Low Noise Amplifier (LNA) that operates from 2 to 6 GHz. It provides a small-signal gain of 28.1 dB with a noise figure of 1.1 dB and a (third-order intercept) TOI of 29.4 dBm. This LNA has an input return loss of 12.8 dB and an output return loss of 12.1 dB.  

The WPGM0206LNA requires a 10 V drain supply with a -2.23 V gate bias and has a quiescent drain current of 56 mA. It is available as a bare die measuring 2.45 × 1.25 mm. This GaN MMIC LNA is ideal for general-purpose RF amplification, communication systems, radar, and satellite communications applications.
