CHA2353-99F Image

The CHA2353-99F from UMS is a Low Noise Amplifier (LNA) that operates from 46 to 52 GHz. It is manufactured using a GaAs pHEMT process and features 30 dB of adjustable gain control for applications ranging from commercial communication systems to space communication platforms. This LNA provides 24 dB of gain with a noise figure of 3.5 dB. It has an output P1dB of 9 dBm and an OIP3 of 20 dBm. It has an input return loss of 13 dB and an output return loss of 15 dB. 

The CHA2353-99F requires a 3.3 V DC supply and draws 55 mA of current. It provides ESD protection on all RF and DC pads and is available as a bare die measuring 1.97 × 1.17 × 0.07 mm. This LNA is ideal for use in commercial and space communication applications.
