The MAAP-011199-DIE from MACOM is a Triple-Stage Power Amplifier (PA) that operates from 80 to 100 GHz. It is fabricated using GaAs pHEMT MMIC technology and is designed for short-haul communications, high-resolution radar, and narrowband millimeter-wave imaging applications. This PA delivers 24 dBm of saturated output power with a gain of 12 dB. It features a balanced architecture that provides excellent 50-ohm input and output matching, with reverse isolation of more than 30 dB and input/output return losses of 15 dB. 

The MAAP-011199-DIE requires a drain voltage of 4 V and draws less than 670 mA of current. It is available as a bare die measuring 1800 × 2000 × 50 µm with gold backside metallization.
