ERZ-HPA-0002-0600-42-NS

The ERZ-HPA-0002-0600-42-NS from ERZIA is a GaN Power Amplifier (PA) that operates from 0.02 to 6 GHz. It provides a saturated output power (Psat) of 42 dBm (~16W) with a gain of 50 dB and a gain flatness of ±4 dB. This PA has an input VSWR of 1.50:1 and an output VSWR of 2.0:1. It operates using a 28 V DC supply and consumes less than 130 W of power. 

The ERZ-HPA-0002-0600-42-NS is available as a module that measures 160 x 115 x 23 mm, has SMA female connectors, and uses a Dsub9 connector for DC supply and control. It is specially designed for new space applications.
