The ERZ-LNA-0700-1300-21-1-NS from ERZIA is a GaAs Low Noise Amplifier that operates from 7 to 13 GHz. It provides a small signal gain of more than 23 dB with a noise figure of less than 1.3 d. It has an output 1 dB compression point of 9 to 13 dBm and gain flatness of ±1 dB across the band. This amplifier has an input VSWR of up to 2.0:1 and an output VSWR of up to 1.8:1. 

The ERZ-LNA-0700-1300-21-1-NS requires a DC supply of +12 V and consumes 0.25 W of power. It is available in a module measuring 61 × 36 × 22 mm with SMA connectors and a D-Sub control interface module and has SMA female connectors with a Micro-D Sub-9 connector for DC supply and control. It is specially designed for New Space applications.
