The AMP10110 from Exodus Advanced Communications is a Solid-State Power Amplifier (SSPA) that operates from 0.5 to 6 GHz. It delivers a CW output power of 50 W with a power gain of over 47 dB and a gain flatness of 3 dBp-p. This SSPA is based on Class AB linear GaN technology, achieving high efficiency in a compact form factor. It can be used for all single-channel modulation standards during testing scenarios. This power amplifier has spurious levels of better than -60 dBc, harmonic levels of -20 dBc, and a 2-tone intermodulation distortion (IMD) of -30 dBc. 

The AMP10110 is equipped with robust built-in protection circuits, thereby ensuring high reliability and ruggedness. This amplifier requires a DC supply of 30 V and consumes less than 12 A of current. It is available as a module that measures 250 x 106 x 27 mm and has SMA (female) connectors.
