AMP20067

The AMP20067 from Exodus Advanced Communications is a Solid-State Power Amplifier (SSPA) that operates from 800 to 3000 MHz. It delivers a saturated output power of 350 W (CW/Pulse) with a power gain of more than 56 dB. This SSPA is based on Class A linear amplifier design that achieves high efficiency with unprecedented reliability and ruggedness. It has spurious levels of up to -60 dBc and harmonic levels of -20 dBc. This power amplifier has a 2-tone intermodulation distortion (IMD) of -30 dBc and a return loss of less than 10 dB (input and output). 

The AMP20067 is equipped with protection circuits and extensive monitoring capabilities of electrical parameters via a local LCD panel. This SSPA can be controlled using Ethernet RJ-45, RS-422/485, USB, and optional GPIB interfaces. It requires an AC supply of 200-240 V and consumes less than 4.5 kW of power. This high-power amplifier is available in a 5U rack-mount enclosure that measures 421 x 219 x 600 mm and has N-type (female) connectors. It is ideal for EMI/RFI, labs, CW/Pulse, and communication applications.
