The LNA80004 from Exodus Advanced Communications is a Solid-State Power Amplifier (SSPA) that operates from 50 to 6000 MHz. It delivers an output power of more than 25 dBm (CW/Pulse) with a gain of 30 dB and a gain flatness of ±2.0 dB. This SSPA is based on a Class A linear amplifier technology and delivers high efficiency in a small form factor. It can be used for all single-channel modulation standards. This amplifier has spurious levels of less than -60 dBc and harmonic levels of -20 dBc. 

The LNA80004 is equipped with protection circuitries and fan-based cooling within the system, thereby ensuring high reliability. This power amplifier requires an AC supply of 100 to 240 V and consumes less than 50 W of power. It is available in a benchtop enclosure that measures 210 x 100 x 300 mm and has N-type (female) & SMA (female) connectors. This SSPA is ideal for EMI/RFI, labs, CW/Pulse, and all communications applications.
