The GRF3502 from Guerrilla RF is a broadband low noise gain block amplifier for small cell and wireless infrastructure applications. It operates from 100 to 3800 MHz and requires a supply voltage of 1.8 to 5 V while drawing up to 90 ma of current. It has a noise figure of 0.8 dB and a gain of 16.5 dB at 2 GHz. The amplifier is available in a SOT-89 package and is internally matched to 50 Ohms.
