HWAMP15-V2012

The HWAMP15-V2012 from HASCO Components is a Waveguide Power Amplifier that operates in the V-Band from 50 to 75 GHz. It delivers a saturated output power of 12 dBm and a gain of more than 20 dB. This power amplifier requires a DC supply of +7 to +12 V and consumes 300 mA of current. It has internal reverse bias protection for reliability. This waveguide amplifier is available in a gold-plated aluminum module that measures 1.910 x 1.300 x 0.775 inches with a WR-15, UG-385/U waveguide interface. It is ideal for transmitters, up-converters, radars, and general lab use applications.
