The Ka-band SSPA from KMIC Technology operates from 30 GHz to 31 GHz. It provides an output power of 44 dBm, a gain of more than 40 dB and requires a 48 V DC Supply. The amplifier is available in a compact design with a WR-28 waveguide interface and measures 8 x 8 x 1.7 inch. It can be used in commercial and military, satellite VSAT communications, point to point data links, TWT replacement and data, voice and video transmission applications.
