LNF-LNR16_28WA_SV

The LNF-LNR16_28WA_SV from Low Noise Factory is a Low-noise Amplifier (LNA) that operates from 16 to 28 GHz. It provides a gain of 37 dB with a noise figure of 1.6 dB, and an output P1dB power of 3 dBm. This LNA is manufactured using LNF’s proprietary InP HEMT MMIC technology, which ensures excellent unit-to-unit variation. It is a room-temperature amplifier having a noise temperature of 129 K and must be operated in a vacuum environment when below the dew point. 

The LNF-LNR16_28WA_SV requires a 5 V DC supply and draws 60 mA of current. It is available in a gold-plated aluminium module measuring 24.79 x 34.43 x 11.46 mm and has a WR42 waveguide interface at the input port and a 2.92 mm (female) connector at the output port.
