The ADM-8350PSM from Marki Microwave is a Low Noise Amplifier that operates from 0.09 to 6 GHz. It delivers a gain of +23 dB with a noise figure of less than 2.5 dB and has a saturated output power of +22 dBm. This LNA provides reverse isolation of 28 dB and can operate either as a linear signal amplifier or as a saturated driver amplifier for H- or S-diode mixers. It requires a DC supply of 5 V and consumes 84 mA of current. The amplifier is available in a surface-mount DFN package that measures 1.3 x 2.0 mm and is ideal for mobile test and measurement equipment, driver amplifier H & S – diode mixers, radar, and satellite communications applications.
