AKA-1310D Image

The AKA-1310D from Marki Microwave is a Cascadable Broadband InGaP HBT MMIC Amplifier that operates from DC to 14 GHz. It provides a small signal gain of more than 9 dB with a noise figure of less than 5 dB. The device has an output IP3 of 28 dBm and an output P1dB of more than 13 dBm. This amplifier can handle an input power of up to 20 dBm and has an input return loss of more than 18 dB and an output return loss of more than 20 dB. 

The AKA-1310D requires a DC supply of +4.6 V and consumes 50 mA of current. It is available as a wire-bondable bare die measuring 0.40 x 0.43 mm and is ideal for mobile test and measurement equipment, radar, SATCOM, 5G transceivers, and driver amplifier L-Diode mixers applications.
