The AMM-9852PSM from Marki Microwave is a Low Noise Amplifier (LNA) that operates from DC to 20 GHz. It provides a gain of 17 dB and has a noise figure of 1.8 dB with an output P1dB of +20 dBm. This LNA is an ideal linear signal amplifier that is suitable for applications requiring low power consumption and a small form-factor. It offers an excellent flat response across the entire operating bandwidth. This RoHS-compliant linear amplifier requires a DC supply of 5 V and consumes less than 89 mA of current. It is available in a QFN package that measures 3 x 3 mm. This LNA is ideal for use in satellite communications, mobile test and measurement equipment, 5G transceivers, LO drivers for Marki L-, H-, and S-diode mixers, and radar applications.
