The AMM-9858PSM from Marki Microwave is a Low Noise Amplifier (LNA) that operates from 2 to 20 GHz. It delivers a small signal gain of 17.5 dB with a noise figure of 1.9 dB and an output P1dB of 18 dBm. This LNA is an ideal linear signal amplifier suitable for applications requiring low power consumption and a compact form factor. It offers an excellent flat response across the entire operating bandwidth. This RoHS-compliant linear amplifier requires a DC supply of 5 V and consumes less than 89 mA of current. It is available in a QFN package that measures 3 x 3 mm. This LNA is ideal for use in communication systems, SATCOM, test & measurement equipment, and electronic warfare applications.
