AMM2-0020UH

The AMM2-0020UH from Marki Microwave is a Distributed Amplifier that operates from 10 MHz to 20 GHz. It delivers a saturated output power of more than 23 dBm with a small signal gain of 29 dB and has reverse isolation of 60 dB. This high-gain amplifier requires a DC supply from 5.5 to 20 V and consumes 240 mA of current. It is available in a module that measures 1.0 x 1.70 inches and has SMA (female) connectors. This distributed amplifier is ideal for mobile test and measurement equipment, radar, SATCOM, electronic warfare and LO signal chain for mmWave mixer applications.
