MPA-0G4-12G-100

The MPA-0G4-12G-100 from Maury Microwave is a GaN Power Amplifier (PA) that operates from 0.4 to 12 GHz. It delivers an output power of 100 W with a small signal gain of more than 52 dB and a gain flatness of ±4 dB. This PA is manufactured using a state-of-the-art GaN process and includes protection circuitry for safety. It is tested using a vector-receiver measurement system at the fundamental, harmonic, and intermodulation frequencies with single-tone and two-tone input signals for high reliability.

The MPA-2G-6G-600 consists of a high-resolution display that shows the amplifier status. It is available as a benchtop enclosure and has N-type (female) connectors. This amplifier is ideal for test and measurement applications.
