The MMA052PP45 is a GaAs MMIC pHEMT distributed self-biased amplifier that operates from DC to 24 GHz. The amplifier provides a gain of 14 dB with a noise figure of 3.5 dB and an output IP3 of 35 dBm at 10 GHz. It operates over a 10 V supply while drawing 235 mA of current. It is available in a 4.5 x 4.5 mm plastic QFN package and is ideal for test instrumentation, wideband military and space applications.
