The MS061802 from Microwave Systems JSC is a Multi-Octave Power Amplifier that operates from 6 to 18 GHz. It delivers 2 W of saturated output power, has a small signal gain of 37 dB, and a P1dB of 1.8 W. The amplifier has a digital 5-bit gain control with a switching speed of 300 ns and has a built-in output power detector.

The MS061802 uses advanced GaAs microwave device technology and provides long term reliability and high ruggedness.
