The MS061810 from Microwave Systems is a multi-octave high power GaN amplifier that operates from 6 to 18 GHz. It provides a saturated output power of 15 W with a small signal gain of 46 dB which can be controlled digitally. The wideband amplifier has a built-in output power detector. It is available in a hermetically sealed package that measures 4.68 x 3.06 x 0.87 inches with SMA female connectors. The amplifier is suitable for applications such as Communications Systems, Test Instrumentation, Broadband RF Telemetry, Point to Point Radio, and Fiber Optics.
