The TMC316 from mmTron is an MMIC Driver Amplifier that operates from 32 to 44 GHz. It is designed for V-band high-data-rate satellite downlink applications and can also serve as a low noise amplifier with high output capability. This driver amplifier provides a saturated output power of 29 dBm with a small signal gain of 17 dB and a noise figure of less than 5.5 dB. It requires a DC supply voltage of 28 V and consumes 60 mA of current. This amplifier is available either as a bare die or in a QFN package measuring 5 x 5 mm.
