The HILNA V1 from NuWaves Engineering is a Low Noise Amplifier that operates from 50 to 1000 MHz. It provides a gain of more than 20 dB with a noise figure of less than 0.8 dB and has a P1dB of over 17 dBm. The amplifier requires a DC supply of 12 V and consumes less than 70 mA of current. It is designed to achieve a high gain while maintaining low noise and has a high third-order intercept point across the frequency band.

This LNA is available in a module that measures 3.15 x 3.92 x 1.18 mm with SMA female connectors and is ideal for RF front ends, RF receivers, high gain blocks, low noise transmit drivers, RF preamplifiers, RF repeaters, base stations, and multi-signal environment amplifier applications.
