The P150W2-18CP from Polarity is a Solid-State Power Amplifier that operates from 2 to 18 GHz. It delivers a saturated output power of 150 W with a small-signal gain of 62 dB and power-added efficiency (PAE) of more than 17%. The amplifier uses high-efficiency GaN MMICs, spatially combined in a compact structure to achieve robust, high-performance power amplification. It incorporates a wide input range AC – DC power supply, fan-forced convective thermal management, and an internal driver amplifier.

The P150W2-18CP is equipped with RS485, Ethernet, and touch screen user interfaces. It is available in an EIA compatible 3U rack-mountable chassis that measures 23.76 x 5.25 x 17.00 inches with SMA-female connectors for input and N-type connectors for output. The SSPA is suitable for use in radar, EW, communications, test and measurement, and EMI testing applications.

The amplifier requires an AC supply from 120 to 265 V.
