The P300W2-18CP from Polarity is a Solid State Power Amplifier that operates from 2 to 18 GHz. It provides a saturated output power of 300 watts with a small signal gain of over 54 dB. This amplifier is built using high-efficiency GaN MMICs, spatially combined in a compact structure to achieve robust, high-performance power amplification. It requires 208-250 VAC supply and supports RS-485 and Ethernet interfaces.

This amplifier incorporates a wide input range AC - DC power supply, fan-forced convective thermal management, and an internal driver amplifier. It is available in a rack-mount package with an SMA (F) connector at the input and a WR28 waveguide interface at the output. The amplifier is ideal for use in test and measurement, radars, communications, EW, and EMI testing applications.
