MSMV01

The MSMV01 from Polyfet RF Devices is an LDMOS Power Amplifier that operates from 225 to 1000 MHz. It delivers an output power of 100 W with a power gain of 16 dB and an efficiency of 50%. This amplifier has a 2-tone intermodulation product of better than -20 dBc and 2nd harmonic levels of -25 dBc. It requires a DC supply of 28 V and consumes less than 7.5 mA of current. This amplifier is available in a module that measures 4.00 x 2.75 x 1.00 inches and is ideal for rugged environment military applications.
