QPA9862

The QPA9862 from Qorvo is a Pre-Driver Amplifier that operates from 3.3 to 4.2 GHz. It delivers a P3dB of +29.5 dBm (0.8 W) with a gain of 36.5 dB. This driver amplifier has an instantaneous bandwidth of more than 400 MHz and an Adjacent Channel Power Ratio (ACPR) of -48 dBc. It is internally matched to 50Ω over the entire operating frequency band and incorporates a fast enable/disable function for TDD operation. This amplifier requires a DC supply of +5 V and consumes 110 mA of current. It is available in an SMT package that measures 3 x 3 mm and is ideal for 5G m-MIMO, mobile infrastructure, general-purpose wireless, and TDD system applications.
